All about when Gordon Ramsay visited the Nerja Donkey Sanctuary after a disasterous Valentine´s dinner.

We´re used to receiving rescue call outs but this time we had to make one of our own..

Charities of course rely heavily on fundraising events and when our evening at La Parra let us down there was only one man to call.

One of our highlights of channel 4 filming in the sanctuary was when Gordon took time out to sign all the tshirts of our kids club members. It was a great thing for him to do as the kids really got a kick out of it and he was being rushed out of the sanctuary by the production crew to the next shot. He wouldn´t leave until he´d signed every shirt and we´d grabbed a few photos.

The programme is repeated quite often on tv and has been shown worldwide helping massively to spread news of our donkey sanctuary far beyond Nerja.
